Card at the point of booking, or an agency credit line once you have trading history with us. Credit terms are assessed per agency.

Can my whole team use it?

Yes. Consultant logins are unlimited and free, with per-user permissions and booking visibility controls for larger desks.

What happens when a booking goes wrong?

You contact the 24/7 desk and a named agent owns the case until it is resolved. They can amend, reissue and escalate to the supplier on your behalf.
