Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the ampletravel.com website and the AmpleTravel booking platform. By creating an account you agree to them.
Last updated 25 July 2026
1. Who we are
AmpleTravel Limited ("AmpleTravel", "we", "us") operates a business-to-business travel distribution platform providing access to flight and accommodation inventory from third-party suppliers.
These terms apply to the website and to the booking platform. Where you have signed a separate partner agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence over these terms to the extent of any conflict.
2. Business use only
The platform is offered exclusively to travel trade businesses — agencies, online travel agencies, tour operators, wholesalers and comparable entities. It is not offered to consumers, and consumer protection rights that would apply to a consumer purchase do not apply to your use of it.
You confirm that you are acting in the course of a business and that you hold any licences, bonding or regulatory permissions required to sell travel in your market.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping credentials secure, and for all activity carried out under your account, including by your staff.
You must notify us without delay if you believe credentials have been compromised. We may suspend an account where we reasonably suspect unauthorised access, fraud or breach of these terms.
4. Rates, markup and display
Rates presented on the platform are net wholesale rates supplied by third parties. They are indicative until confirmed at the point of booking and may change or become unavailable without notice.
You must not display, publish or otherwise disclose net rates to the travelling public. You are responsible for applying your own markup before any rate is shown to a consumer. Breach of this obligation may result in immediate suspension, as it places our supplier contracts at risk.
5. Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed only when we or the relevant supplier issue a confirmation reference. Until then no contract for travel services exists.
Unless you have been granted credit terms in writing, payment is due in full at the point of booking. Where credit is granted, invoices are payable within the agreed period and we may charge interest on late payment at the statutory rate.
You are responsible for collecting payment from your own client. Non-payment by your client does not affect what you owe us.
6. Amendments, cancellations and refunds
Amendment and cancellation rights, deadlines and penalties are set by the underlying supplier and are shown on each rate before you book. We will act on your instructions but cannot obtain terms better than those the supplier offers.
Refunds are processed once received from the supplier. Supplier settlement timescales vary and are outside our control.
7. Our role
We act as a distribution and technology intermediary. Travel services are performed by airlines, hotels, wholesalers and other suppliers, each subject to its own terms and conditions of carriage or accommodation.
We are not the carrier or accommodation provider and do not control the performance of the travel services themselves.
8. Acceptable use
You must not scrape, cache beyond documented validity windows, resell access to, reverse engineer or attempt to circumvent rate limits on the platform or the API. You must not use the platform to make speculative, fictitious or duplicate bookings, or to manipulate supplier inventory.
Automated access is permitted only through the API, using credentials issued to you, within the agreed limits.
9. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance will be notified where practicable. Supplier connections may be degraded or withdrawn at short notice.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of goodwill, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees or margin we earned from your bookings during that period.
11. Term and termination
Either party may stop using or providing the platform at any time. Termination does not affect bookings already confirmed, which remain subject to the relevant supplier terms and to your payment obligations.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to the account email address at least thirty days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory local law that applies to your business.
